Privacy notice

The consent you give when joining the chat is consent to this notice. If you do not use the chat, none of the below is collected.

What is collected

your full connecting address (IP), your name, what you send (blocked messages included), when you send it, your browser details, and whether and when you consented.

Why

so that threats, defamation or illegal advertising can be established and acted on. The same record is also what keeps the conversation in place after the server restarts. It is not used for anything else.

Legal basis

consent of the data subject, under Article 15(1)1 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. An IP address is personal information, so nothing is collected without consent.

Retention

90 days. The server deletes anything older by itself. No printout or separate copy is made.

Disclosure

none. No processing is outsourced and nothing is transferred abroad. A lawful request from an investigating authority is answered within the scope of that request.

Where it is kept

only on the server that runs this site. It is not sent to any outside service.

What others see

only the first two blocks of the address (e.g. 127.88.xxx.xxx). The full address appears nowhere on screen.

If you do not consent

only the chat is unavailable; everything else on this page still works. Reading alone collects nothing.

Your rights

you may ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your own records. Tell us at the contact below and we will check and act.
